Lack of intake can cause disturbances in health, growth, mental and other functions such as cognitive abilities, the immune system reproduction. This problem be overcome by carrying out food fortification, namely adding certain types nutrients to ingredients. Fortification made from ingredients coconut dregs Patin bones. These materials processed into flour a source nutritious food. Coconut has fairly high protein content bones have calcium that body needs for growth process. study aims make fortification utilizing local potential dregs, then an analysis moisture content, ash fat carbohydrate fiber is carried out. The results showed bone was obtained contained water respectively were 3.02%, 6.29%, 6.21%, 20.89%, 64.08% 6.58%. From this it concluded Cookies with addition good nutritional content. research expected used one innovations support attempt fulfill micronutrient nutrition needed human body.
